to celebrate World Vegan Month, we are proud to announce four special dishes that will be available for the whole of November
created by Ryon, these three dishes really explore the breadth of flavours possible in 100% cruelty-free dishes
first up, we’ve got tenderstem broccoli tempura gently fried and served with a mild curry sauce – a fresh blend of spices with the extra dimensions of red chilli & sesame
next, there’s the cauliflower with green mojo and preserved lemon – the zesty lemon really plays well with the mojo verde, to really bring out some beautiful flavours in the cauliflower
third, the spiced aubergine tagine with vegan yogurt – a twist on the tagine you all know and love, which provides a nice extra level of flavour to the humble aubergine
finally, we’re grilling tenderstem broccoli and serving it with romesco & dukkah – exactly what we think of when we hear the saying “the whole is more than the sum of its parts”
we believe that vegan dishes don’t just have to be meat alternatives – that they can be a truly individual dish that is really really tasty
